Rick graduated from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse in 1978 with a B.S. in Marketing/ Business Administration. He has over 20 years experience in Engineering Services; both local and National firms specializing in Engineers, Programmers, Designers.  

Ann Werdel
Office Manager

Ann has worked for Distinction in Design since it opened in 1985. She began as the only administrative employee. Currently she is acting as office manager and handling all accounting functions.

Adam Sutton
Account Executive

My name is Adam Sutton and I am a Account Executive for Disitinction In Design. I have been doing sales for DDI since March 2005. Prior to that I was received a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. I have had a lot of prior experience and knowledge of the engineering industry, especially in the field of medical devices.

Neal Grothe
Sales Coordinator/Recruiter

In 2004 Neal graduated from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire with a B.S. in Human Resource Management. He has prior experience in recruitment, training and payroll with a Fortune 500 company. Neal was officially certified as a Professional in Human Resources in July of 2006. He is an avid hockey player and a huge fan of the sport.
